Minutes - Weekly meeting July 29, 2006

Agenda: Annual General Meeting location and date

Minutes of meeting:
Our F&B manager, Steven Ow reminded that we are due for our Annual General Meeting.

Proposed agenda for the AGM:
1) Prize presentations for EPL season 2005/2006;
2) Prize presentations for World Cup 2006;
3) Completion of our financial report for year ended July 2006;
4) To review our performance;
5) And to set new directives for the new season 2006/2007

Date proposed:
Evening of 12 August Saturday, followed by dinner. Past meetings have shown that Friday was not a good choice in view of the fact that it affects our performance on the next morning.

Venue:
Based on past feedback, we have agreed not to chose Phoenix Hotel's Garden Cafe. While a number of options were raised, we finally decided to do something different this year.

It was unanimously agreed that we have seafood this year instead of buffet. Steven will complete a research and be back with a report on the location, possibly Clarke Key.

Other matters discussed:
1) Non attendance will result in forfeiture of prizes.
2) Trip to Ubin/Chek Jawas
