Match Report - Feb 5, 2005

Final Score:
6-0
Peter 3, Rudy 2, David 1

Players:
We have Hai Yee, Daniel, Francis and Chai Liang as defenders. Midfielders David, Tony, Hamdan, and Choong Wei. Striker Peter and Rudy. Keeper Steven.

The black players: Boon Huat, Ah Joon, Edmond, Andrew, Ann Hoe, Yew Min, David Ong, Ivan, Ngee Yong and another new chinese guy.

The Game:
Today, we ended first half with a 1-0 lead. And we end with 6 goals and a clean sheet. Maybe the "not-taking-the-game-too-seriously" mentality helped. Maybe the "Yu Sheng" helped. Or maybe it's the cute sexy tennis girls playing adjacent on our side helped. But Hamdan did create most of the goals. David had the most spectacular goal from outside the box. The one can beer from the fridge works wonder.

The blacks had a penalty missed. And they were short of a player, and especially the striker's department.

The penalty was dubious as Daniel and Ivan were going for 50-50 ball with both "body-pushing" ending with both falling down.

And it was also funny to note that Chong Wei played a 1-2 passing game with keeper Boon Huat.

I have only one thing to say, the new chinese guy is extremely fast and skillful. I was caught off guarded and out of position a few times.
